Bylaws
Indianapolis Alumnae is amending its bylaws. Proposed bylaws will be posted to our website and distributed via email during the month of March. We will vote on the proposed bylaws at our April Meeting.
To summarize the proposed changes, we have reduced the number of committees and executive officers to streamline the number of leadership positions.
Call for Officers
We are currently seeking a slate committee to nominate future leaders for 2012-2014. Contact Susan Canady (scanady1@gmail.com) if you would like to participate on the slate committee or nominate a sister for one of the following Executive Committee positions:
• President
• Vice President of Programming
• Vice President of Membership
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Historian
The proposed officer slate will be posted to our website and distributed via email the third week of March. We will vote on it at the April Meeting.

Indiana Zeta Day - Zetas in Wonderland
Indianapolis Alumnae is proud to host Indiana Zeta Day. We will honor our White Violets and celebrate the contributions of our collegiate and alumnae sisters. it isn't too late to register for this event! We are still seeking volunteers to help with a few key activities, including compiling our association's basket for the silent auction.
Friday, March 23rd is the annual Friday evening Alumnae Reception from 6-7 at the Residence Inn on the canal. We are looking for sisters to contribute a small appetizer or bottle of wine for our guests to enjoy. Even if you can't make it to Saturday's program, consider stopping by Friday night.

ZTA Movie Night
What could be better than sisterhood and a movie? come unwind with a good movie, popcorn, snacks, and fantastic company. Prior to showtime we will vote on our proposed bylaws and slate of officers.
April 21
Indianapolis Komen Race for the Cure
Join us on Saturday, April 21 for the 21st annual Indianapolis Komen Race for the Cure. We will be set up bright and early (6:30am) to staff the ZTA Back Sign Tent. Please note that the location of our tent and the main stage has moved to Military Park. A map and additional information is available at www.komenindy.org. We will have a race team again this year. Stay tuned for additional details.

Enjoy an opportunity to get ready for the Kentucky Derby and National Convention all in one sitting! Experience an evening in the garden while we install our new Executive Committee Officers.
